Alevatex – Terms of Service
1. Services Provided
Alevatex provides:
AI-powered automation systems
Make.com and n8n workflow setups
WhatsApp/Twilio automations
Google Sheets CRM systems
Booking, lead capture, and Speed-to-Lead systems
Chatbots and custom GPT agents
Digital products (templates, guides, assets)
Website landing pages and setup assistance
All services are delivered remotely unless stated otherwise.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate business information
Ensure they have permission to share any data
Obtain consent from their own users where required
Use systems in compliance with GDPR and local law
Not misuse or exploit the automations provided
Alevatex is not responsible for incorrect or missing information provided by the client.
3. Data Handling & Privacy
Alevatex processes data only as required to deliver services.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their customers are informed about AI-powered communications where required.
Alevatex does not own client data.
4. Use of Third-Party Tools
Alevatex systems rely on multiple external platforms and integrations.
These may include, but are not limited to:
Make.com
n8n
Zapier (where explicitly used)
OpenAI (Assistants, GPT models, embeddings)
Google Sheets / Google Drive / Google Workspace
Twilio
360Dialog
Meta / Facebook / Instagram APIs
WhatsApp Business Cloud API
Calendly
Airtable
Notion
Stripe
PayPal
GoCardless
Email providers (Gmail SMTP, Outlook SMTP, etc.)
Hosting/DNS (Framer, Hostinger, Cloudflare)
CRM platforms (where applicable)
Any other tools required to complete the client’s automation project
Each third-party provider has its own pricing, rate limits, terms, and availability.
Alevatex is not liable for outages, API limits, pricing changes, account restrictions, or any service interruptions caused by these platforms.
Clients are responsible for maintaining and managing their own accounts with these tools unless stated otherwise.
5. Delivery & Support
Deliverables are defined in your project scope.
Small revisions may be included depending on the package.
Work outside of scope is billable.
Digital products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable.
Support duration varies by package and may include optional paid retainers.
6. Fees & Payment Methods
Alevatex accepts multiple payment methods, including:
Credit and Debit Cards
Stripe Payments
PayPal
Direct Debit (e.g., GoCardless)
Manual Bank Transfer (UK)
Recurring subscription billing (Stripe, PayPal, GoCardless)
Unless otherwise agreed:
Payment is required upfront or on delivery
Subscription-based services require ongoing payments to remain active
All pricing is listed in GBP (£)
Late or missed payments may pause or terminate services
Alevatex does not store card details
Additional custom pricing may apply for bespoke work, integrations, or rush delivery.
7. Refund Policy
Because services involve setup, integration, and digital systems:
Completed work is non-refundable
Digital products are non-refundable
For ongoing subscriptions, cancellation stops future payments
Refunds may be considered only if no work has begun.
8. Limitation of Liability
Alevatex is not liable for:
Loss of revenue
Missed leads or messages
Third-party outages (Google, Make.com, WhatsApp, OpenAI)
Client configuration errors
Data loss due to actions taken by the client
Misuse of the automation systems
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
9. Acceptable Use
Clients may not use Alevatex systems for:
Spam
Fraud
Illegal activity
Harassment
Misrepresentation
High-risk or sensitive data (medical, legal, financial advice)
Alevatex may disable services if these rules are violated.
10. Intellectual Property
Alevatex retains rights to:
Internal templates
System frameworks
Custom GPT logic
Reusable automation blocks
Training materials
Clients receive a license to use the systems built for them, but not to resell or redistribute Alevatex intellectual property.
11. Termination
Alevatex may suspend or terminate services if:
Payments are outstanding
Terms are violated
Automations are used improperly
Clients may terminate ongoing services with written notice.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally.
